Quick answers

Go to Settings → Family Management → Invite Member. You can invite by email. They'll receive a link to download the app and join your family group. Kids under 13 need to be added by a parent — they won't receive an email invite.
Check that the chore is assigned to the right family member (not to "All" or another child). Also check the due date — chores won't appear in a child's view until the day they're due. If it's still missing, try pulling down to refresh the Chores screen.
First check your device notification settings — go to Settings (iOS/Android) → My Family Hub → Notifications and make sure they're enabled. Then check in-app at Settings → Notifications to confirm reminders are turned on. If you've recently reinstalled the app, you may need to re-grant notification permission.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → My Family Hub → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → My Family Hub → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Yes — each family member logs into their own account on their own device. Your subscription covers the whole family. If you have two phones (say, an iPhone and an Android), you can log into the same account on both.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including family members, events, chores, and messages. This action cannot be undone. Make sure to cancel your subscription first via the App Store or Google Play.
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If that doesn't help, check you're on the latest version (update via the App Store or Google Play). If crashes persist, contact us using the form below and describe what you were doing when it crashed — this helps us fix it fast.
Trial codes are sent when the app launches — you'll get an email to the address you registered with. If you registered but didn't receive anything after launch, check your spam folder and then contact us with your registration email address.
