By accessing or using My Family Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a family organiser. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of My Family Hub require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective store regarding payments, renewals, and cancellations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use My Family Hub for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. This includes:
- Harassing or harming other family members.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' hubs.
- Uploading malicious code or content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of My Family Hub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of My Family Hub and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Family Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
